Masquerade Peacock

A pale mask sits at the center of a broad peacock-inspired costume, framed by blue fabric, golden patterns and eye-spotted feathers. Beaded strands and small ornaments enrich the close portrait. Captured during the Venice Carnival, the symmetrical arrangement gives the costume a striking presence through repeated shapes and vivid natural colors.
