Bloody Moon

A copper-colored moon hangs above sculpted sandstone in Bloody Moon. Warm clouds and a sparse tree surround the rock formation at Garden of the Gods, Colorado. Simone Amaduzzi’s photograph pairs rich red tones with a deep blue sky in a striking nighttime composition.
