Casting A Spell On Perspective

A blue and silver costumed figure poses beside a Venetian canal, holding a feathered fan beneath a towering headdress. The wide-angle viewpoint curves the surrounding buildings, giving the scene a playful sense of scale. Photographed during the Venice Carnival, the image connects elaborate costume with the city’s distinctive waterfront architecture.
