Double Arch

Two sweeping sandstone spans frame a blue sky in Double Arch. Photographed from below in Arches National Park, Utah, the scene layers warm rock, deep shade and sunlit rubble. Simone Amaduzzi’s composition follows the intersecting curves upward, revealing their scale against the open sky.
