Master Of Fun

A masked figure wears a sweeping green and black headdress while holding a smaller mask on a staff. Gold latticework crosses the costume, with curved shapes repeated in the theatrical pose. Photographed during the Venice Carnival, the composition combines playful details with the pale carved architecture in the background.
